Facts of Interest

Licenses and Staff

• We are licensed by the Department of Human Services and the Department of Education
• All lead teachers have PA certifications or licenses and at least 4-year degrees
• Small student- faculty ratios that ensure that your child is always treated as an individual and receiving attentive care and instruction

The School Day

• Our regular school day hours are 8:00am-3:30pm
• We offer before-school care from 7:00a-8:00a and after-school care from 3:30pm-6:00pm
• Your tuition includes breakfast (before 8:00am), lunch, and afternoon snack
• In addition to instruction in core subjects, we offer Arts, Language Arts, Music and STEAM labs.
• We design instruction following PA Core Standards and the PA Learning Standards for Prekindergarten and Toddlers
• We take a Responsive School approach to management and discipline, building positive community and proactively teaching social-emotional skills
• Children in Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade are required to wear uniforms

Tuition and Fees

• We accept subsidy including CCIS and PreK-Counts
• Many of our families take advantage of scholarship opportunities, including AAEO, Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, Bridge Foundation, and Family Choice
• There is an annual registration fee of $100 for the 2024-2025 enrollment year
• Out-of-school field trips are charged separately, for children ages four and up
• Tuition is due weekly by Friday for the following week
• We offer a full enrichment Before and After-School program
• Late fees are assessed when children are picked up after their contracted pick-up time
